Shouldn't I be Feeling Optimistic?

I have a foreboding sense of doom. As though my sub-conscious is on the verge of putting together an unpleasant observation in my mind. It's not here yet, but it's coming.

I hope it's just baseless paranoia brought on by my usual seasonal bad mood.

It may not be the reason you're feeling that way but it may be contributing to the depths of despair. You should give it a shot to see if it 'lightens the load' so to speak.
