I have a foreboding sense of doom. As though my sub-conscious is on the verge of putting together an unpleasant observation in my mind. It's not here yet, but it's coming.

I hope it's just baseless paranoia brought on by my usual seasonal bad mood.

I found mine at Costco of all places. Under $200. Though if you're really cheap, I started with a $30 light from Rona, one that's designed for growing plants, so it's full spectrum and bright. The LED panel is much more portable and has a timer.

Once again someone is trying to make light of a SAD situation. . .

There are currently a few schools of thought about the required light properties for SAD light therapy: Using a specific wavelength, using full spectrum, including the proper UV for vitamin D production, and light intensity, or some so far undetermined combination of each. Of course, this neglects factoring in individual quirks. Which of these helps you the most?
