Actually a bunch of the Edmonton SCA folks - some aren't as involved in the SCA as much currently (People you've met - Ceis, and Ann and John Faulks... and a few non-SCA folks who are crazy political socialist folks that hang with Ceis). Other then that... the pottery club in Vegreville (There is only one person you may have met - Shelia).
But my current social circle is pretty slim - since I'm too busy with work and school and consulting on GURPs stuff to maintain a social life.
Glad to know the Munchausen jacket came out of retirement - I'm surprised it hasn't self destructed. I dusted off my Spaceship Gundam jacket the other day and wondered if I should remake it into something usable. I also found a certain violent flourscent cow patterned cotton and a tux pattern. That were together waiting to be created...
