Near Faux Pas

You Know You've Been in the SCA Too Long When...

We had a big group meeting at work today (two work stories in two days - how weird is that). People were getting their X Years in the Company awards. I wasn't expecting it this time around, but I got my ten year award (which will actually occur August 11).

I get called up to receive my award. As I make my way to the front of the crowd I had to fight the mental urge to:

• Bow to the boss.
  
• Kneel.
  
• Take three steps back before bowing again, turning and walking away.

I've been getting called up to court a lot!
