Ok, so anyone who's been reading for awhile knows I've been in a shitty mood. I'm tired of it.

I'm looking for suggestions on what I can do to cheer myself up. Note: Suggesting I just get laid will probably just make me more depressed. I need ideas that don't involve a partner.

Suppoabaly the act of smiling triggers the release of hormones that make you happy.

It sounds really stupid - but I find that if I'm not totally bummed and just slightly sad it seems to work.

For totally bleakly depressed... I turn to table top roleplaying - at least that way I'm with other people and I am interacting (it's escapism and I don't know if it's really healthy...but it seems to help).
