Work up.
Did my stretches.
Got into my jogging gear.
Put my runners on.
Opened the front door.
Picked up the newspaper (which was on the welcome mat again, despite the sign on the mailbox reading "newspapers here please")
Accidentally mushed a slug between my index finger and the newspaper.

Ugh.

Why do you want it in the mailbox? If it is for a good reason... Lodge a complaint with customer service informing them that the newspaper was not where it was requested and why you want it there. If they do not offer you something ask for a mth free service, they will probably give you a week free but might give you a full mth free or possibly nothing at all. If they offer you something accept it but say that what is most important is that it be delivered properly to your MAILBOX.
