Car Safely Home

wendy_licious has her car back, I dropped it off at lunch. I'm happy to report that I left it in better condition then I found.

Having dropped it off at the rehab center, I opted to go for a run downtown. Run 8 minutes, walk 2 minutes, repeat 5 times, 50 minutes total. I ran from Bridgeland LRT station along the river to Parkdale blvd. A hair under 8 Km.
