The Odds Were Against Me, But I Still Ran!

I woke up and didn't hit snooze. I literally staggered out of bed and put my robe on. I bounced off the walls, half-asleep and sat at the computer. It took me a moment to realize why I couldn't open my eyes - the monitor was too bright compared to the total darkness I had woken in less than two minutes earlier.

Slowly I pulled myself together, did my morning exercises. I checked the weather only to find that it was rainy/snowy and about 1 degree outside. I toyed with skipping the run but went and did it anyway.

Run 1.5 minutes, walk 3.5 minutes. Repeat 11 times, 55 minutes total.

Rewarded myself with bacon & eggs. Now it's off to a steaming hot shower.

Good for you, man! It was indeed hideous out there earlier, but I see the threatened Heavy Snowfall Warning was an overstatement. Seems pretty nice out there.
