Rude or Shy, You Be the Judge.
Nov. 19th, 2009 11:31 pmSaw the grand opening for Vertigo's new production of Murder on the Nile, courtesy of
othelianna. Have I mentioned that I like having friends in the theatre? I do.
Also saw
laughingmagpie and
rajsmith attending the show and dressed to the nines. recognizing them, but being inherently shy, I naturally didn't do something breathtakingly simple like say hi to them.
Yeah, I'm a goof.
Anyway, Murder on the Nile was decent. Perhaps not the best play I've ever seen, but a solid effort. The catering afterwards was really good too.

Date: 2009-11-20 04:38 pm (UTC)Though, before the rumors start - I was with my husband
I really liked the set and lighting, and the play was fun. You're right, not world-shaking, but solid entertainment. It was also my first paid credited gig for costuming! Yay!
ETA: Sorry to fill you inbox with edits after screwing up the lj user code, and now I'm adding this! But I really sympathize with being shy like this, I get really nervous about approaching people and always worry I'll have forgotten their name. So: not rude at all, to answer the question in your title.
