jamesqPlanning for the Baronial Polling has reached critical mass. Here's hoping the distant powers-that-be approve of my efforts. We're not quite to the wire yet, but it will be very hard to change the momentum at this point.
The 12th Night bid is somewhat more vague and hazy. I need to find an assistant, a merchant liaison and a gate boss. Then we plan activities, make a menu and price out a budget - all in the next two weeks. On the bright side, the date and location are all taken care of and I've given the damage deposit to the site. That would need doing whether my team gets the bid or not.
As with my time as Seneschal, if I can get the right group of cats moving in the same direction, I won't have to do any work myself.
