Sold the Condo!

The condo has been sold, and man does it feel good now that I've stopped.  I still have to get Pointe of Screw to make some minor repairs, and I have to sue them to get my late compensation money, but I'm now at a point where I can get on with my life – namely by buying a house.  I won't actually see a profit unless I win my case against Pointe of Screw, but at the same time I haven't lost anything other than my time.

So I'm buying a house (or more likely – a half duplex).  Staying with Gareth, Lisa and Kris in Dalhousie I've got a very good idea of what I want, where I want it, and how much it should cost.  The problem is, it's not available right this second.  My realtor knows all this, so she's keeping an eye out for new listings and letting me know whenever they appear.  I expect to move fast when the right property comes up.
