I managed to get the following into a single duffle bag:
  • five sets of garb.
  • one three-man tent.
  • queen size air mattress and it's pump.
  • one sleeping bag.
  • my +3 cloak of awesomeness.
  • a very small camp chair.
  • a stripped down version of my archery gear.
Now well see how small I can shrink my would-be armour and helm, not that it's going to fit into the duffle bag.

I'll bet if you made your armour out of tin foil, it would ocmpress a lot easier to fit in your duffle bag!

I would have suggested paper, but that stuff cuts, and your armor is supposed to keep you from getting damaged.

I'd suggest taking out your garb and replacing it with your armour (except the helm likely) and bringing the garb with you as carry on. The use your other carry on for your vegas stuff.

There's a chance we'll have some free room with our stuff as well, we're going to bring as much as we can on the plane. We paid for the space by gum we're going to use it!
