That was an interesting read. I also found the tie-in of Greenspan and Ann Ryan in the Globe and Mail to be an interesting bit of reading.

Personally, I believe that if we could get past the typical "Raise cost to generate profit" that so many companies follow to satisfy and entice shareholders, the world would be a more interesting place.

but hey, that's just me.
