My back is still sore, so I'm downgrading my camping trip this weekend to "day trip" instead of "sleep over".

James,

Have you tried either of the following remedies:

White flower imbrocation (a fairly potent oil you put on the affected area)
Salonpas (a patch that you stick on the area for about 1-2 hours

both are available from the Chinese herb store on centre street
They have worked well for me when I had back problems. Most people I have recomended this to have ended up buying the products after trying it. Both are faily inexpensive.

If you would like to try either let me know and I will get them to you after fight practice tonight (I'll actually be at the softball field down the road first)

Sheldon

FYI James just called me and he's still in Ft. MacLeod, so no Banff this weekend.
