Running From Bare Naked Ladies

jamesqI was once again going to sleep in and miss my run (damn you MotorStorm - I didn't put you down until 12:30 last night) this morning. The radio was on and I was listening to JackFM while drifting in and out of sleep. Then they started playing the most awful song ever written (One Week by the Bare Naked Ladies).
It forced me out of bed. Being technically awake now, and suffering from lack of sleep and having to listen to BNL, if only briefly, I decided to run. 9 km in 55 minutes. I'm now home and feeling much better for having run.
