My roomie devoidofthought is making it very easy to stay within my weight watcher goals. She keeps making food that is yummy and filling that is, at the same time, very low in points.

This is the third day in a row that I haven't touched my bonus points! If I keep this up I'm having cheesecake after weigh-in!

In other news, I now have my very first regulation SCA sword. Now I just need armour, helmet and arrows. Next project, combat-legal arrows.

I occasionally post recipes. Usually, it's just a game of, hey, I have all these igredients, I wonder what happens if I combine them in random ways. Oh, and spices. Can't forget the spices.

I got told a thousand times to lose weight. Ultimately, people only do it when they decide to do it for themselves.

OTOH, if he is already thinking about it, you can direct him to this post where I describe the system of WW to ladyerwyn. Most of the meat is in the comments. Though reading the main part I see that I was 60 pounds down two years ago and I'm only 45 pounds down today. Ugh. That's very depressing. Better then still being 273 though.
