I Need Me Some Customer Servicing
Jan. 30th, 2008 05:12 pmSo I ordered some stuff from Sport Kilt and they sent it out via FedEx almost instantly (it was out of their store the next day). That's the good news.
The bad news is that nobody was home when they tried to deliver it yesterday. They left a note on my door saying they'd try again today.
The ugly news is that they were lying.
There I was putting on my boots, getting ready to walk to work. I saw the notification sitting there and it had a little sticker you could sign if you just wanted them to drop off your package without you being there. I signed it and opened the door to stick it on the mail box. On the mail box was another notification, saying that they had made there second attempt and (having missed me) would just leave it at the depot for me to pick up.
Here's the thing though. It was 9:30. I had been up since 7 am and at no point did I hear anyone come up to the door. Fucker just filled out the form, stuck it to the door and didn't even attempt to deliver the package into my hands.
I'd bitch, but I don't think it would matter. I'm not the paying customer in Fedex's eyes.
