Loaded!

I? Am Loaded. I went to Beothuk's birthday party at the Hop in Brew and discovered that it is a really nice, homey, pub. A bunch of other people went, including othelianna, conejita_diabla, and a mess of non-LJ folks.

I had a blast because I was surrounded with good company. I also took the opportunity to get completely shit-faced. Which is why I have to re-write every sentence ten times. My hand-eye coordination is completely shot so I keep misspelling words. Thank Ghod for spell--checkers.

I didn't get drunk at Sheldon's new year's eve party because I was depressed. Today I was in a good mood, thus proving my wisdom. Also proving my wisdom was the fact that I left the car at home. I wouldn't have driven it anyway, but still the temptation to drive it (or more specifically. the temptation to get it the ell out of Beltline) was gone.

My wisdom isn't complete though because I'm posting instead of going to bed. In other non-wisdom moments, I may also have mentioned to numerous women that I wanted to do unspeakably naughty (but still very pleasant) things to them. I didn't go into details beyond You-me-her-threesome-in-so-and-so's-bed, so I may be allright.

I really need to figure out a way to remove inhibitions without the use of alcohol. Oh well, until that magic psychological moment arrives, there's always Smirnoff Ice.

Oh, in other good news, I got home just now to find out that the 8 am trip to Banff has been cancelled. I'm normally all for a trip to Banff, but honestly, the odds of me getting up on time for a morning trip are pretty remote. My current plan (beyond non-stop blathering on LJ) is to sleep until the crack of noon.

Damn it's a good thing I don't have a camera or I'd be doing Numfar's dance of Joy and posting it on youtube. Have I mentioned that I'm loaded?

For the record don't be worried about things said to the women last night, you didn't say anything to get yerself in trouble. :)

The removal of inhibitions generally requires catalyst or extreme lack of caring about anything (read: no shame) that few of us ever achieve.

In other news, I dig the pub, it's close to home and serve huge friggin' glasses of beer. I'm in!
