Note to self: Birthdays, especially birthday celebrations that turn into birth-week celebrations are not conducive to weight loss.

Celebrating by baking cookies and eating bacon-wrapped cheese sticks is especially bad.

could be worse - could be a birth-month...which is what I tend to do. And Again!!! I say Bacon-wrapped Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese. Cannot go wrong.
