Black in Back

As some of you may know I sprained my back on Monday. Exact same spot as I always hurt it. It was sufficiently bad that I took Tuesday off. Thursday has arrived and the pain seems to be gone, replaced now with copious amounts of stiffness. It'll be close, but I think I'll be able to compete in archery this weekend.

Tonight is the Garage Sale preview (at the SCA tavern site, not here at Pepperland), so naturally I'll be tossing boxes around. Wisdom is for the aged.

Hope you're feeling better soon.. & the Robax Platinum makes a difference... if there's one thing I know it's back pain... I don't remember a time when my back wasn't sore or stiff in one way or another... scoliosis will do that to a person :(
