I recall reading a thread in which a number of guys made it clear that the reason it was unacceptable was because it could lead to their sisters dressing that way -- and if that happened, they surely could not be held responsible for feeling lustful thoughts toward their own sisters.

This is significant how? The name doesn't sound out to an obvious double entendre and I don't know anyone by that name.
