Date: 2007-04-12 02:26 am (UTC)I've found that one of the best ways for me to "get beyond" things that are really stressing me out is my journal. (not the online variety - but classic pen and paper) - there's something amazingly relaxing about writing down your thoughts. It doesn't always resolve things, but the process of putting it to words helps me put my feelings in perspective - which enables me to find ways to handle it that are constructive.
