I dreamed that I played Star Fleet Battles last night. And by Played, I mean:
  • Set up a scenario involving a dozen heavy ships.
  • Each player had to attack another player specifically.
  • All but two of the players had never played before so had to have the rules explained.
  • Many of them balked at the amount of paperwork involved.
  • Some just wandered off
No actual game playing actually occurred in the dream, making it a lot like reality.

So there you have it, the most pointless dream ever. Why can't I have make-out dreams like normal people?

Ah ha! The weird Old West campaign we did for AD&D was in the Masque of the Red Death (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masque_of_the_Red_Death) setting. Usually that's set in Europe, not Western US, but it does definitely include the US.

That's okay, last night I had a dream that I was at a suprise SCA event. Only it was more like a siege than an event. What I am shocked by is that I haven't had any cross-genre dreams involving the SCA and zombies yet. Yet...

Normal people have make-out dreams?

So, if I could remember my dreams, and they turn out to be of the make out variety, that would make me normal. Right?

p.s. What is a make out dream and how would I recognize one?
-Enquirking minds want to know. . . .

You do not ever want one of my make-out dreams.

Ever.

Seriously.

I'm going to go scrub myself with steel wool now.
