Heard about this? I hadn't and I expect that until now you haven't either. If I were a suspicious and paranoid fellow (and I am ;) ) I'd bet that Conservative supporters knew. I can hear the headline now: 90% of people who answered a government poll on Post-secondary education agree with the Frasier Institute!

The fact that it is only on the internet speaks volumes. By doing that they limit the answers they can expect from low income people and those with low educations.
