Big Damn Wedding Trip - Part 2

Walked many many K (with a backpack) yesterday going to and around Victoria. Ran 8K this morning along Victoria's Sea Wall. Travelled with my backpack back to Vancouver. Walked to Denman and Davie (from the seabus terminal opposite Granville Island) to see the fireworks. Stood around in a crowd for an hour to watch the fireworks. Power walked from fireworks to Calhouns (via the Burrard Bridge) in 50 minutes. Walked up hill to the 20th Street House.

My legs are tired, my feet are sore and my back has knots on its knots.

I'm sleeping in tomorrow morning and getting a much needed massage sometime before the wedding.

It's like training for a marathon - you've got push yourself to the limits so that you'll have the stamina for a couple hours of exertion. :P
