So there I am in my dorm room, air-drying after a late shower, when some guy
unlocks the door and walks in. He was a little shocked to see me, and me
him. After dressing, I went down stairs to tell the snarky woman at the
front desk that I'd appreciate it if they didn't give my key to any more
strangers. She didn't apologize.

I've made a disheartening observation: Aside from the custodian and the
homeless guy who comes in to watch the Flames games, I'm the oldest person
in the building. Now I have no problem with age differences per
se, but the people who are living in residence all seem to be the sort
of people I wouldn't have hung around with even if we were the same
age. The ever present football player rapist for example. Oh well,
eight weeks to go.
