Missing Nipples

Good: Lost 4 more pounds (42 pounds lost so far, yay me!)
Bad: Managed to sandpaper both nipples running yesterday. Ouch.

No, chaffed nipples are a danger of running regularly. Basically, if you sweat into your t-shirt enough that it gets soaked down to the nipples, your t-shirt can rub them raw. During marathons, you can see runners with two red rings on their shirts - thankfully mine aren't that bad. The running books recommend vaseline or bandaids as a preventative measure.

It's fairly rare that it happens to me, but I overdressed for my run the other day.
