I Feel Good!

An effortless run (2 minute run, 3 minute walk. Repeat 9 times, 45 minutes total) on a bright sunny day. Warm enough to just wear shorts and a tee but not so hot that I was sweating like a pig.

Plus I think I'm going to have a great day at work today, and there may even be guests when I come home!
