Four years on the streets of Cowtown have not been pretty to my windshield. I've heard we're the windshield replacement capital of Canada!

Anyway, can anyone recommend a good place to replace the windshield on my '06 Civic sedan? I was kind of hoping to wait until after all the gravel was cleaned up this spring. However, I'm going on a 5000 km road trip in three weeks, and I'd rather have my choice of places now, rather then have to do it at the only place in (for example) some small town in Utah.

Crystal Auto Glass on Center St @ 12th Ave (if I remember correctly) gave me a wicked deal on my Civic Glass... Now, your 06 has a larger windshield than my 05 does, so you may be looking at an extra bit of coin, but they last quoted me about $280 for a new windshield installed.. Prices most likely have changed by now... Previous to that, I paid $350 for my first windshield up in Grande Prairie. Also, be thankful you're not in BC... They wanted upwards of $550 plus taxes at one place for my latest windshield... I shopped around alot and got one for about $350 again..

Best of luck!!

I paid $250 for a new windshield on my 04 Sentra before I traded it in last year at King's Glass (105-3928 Edmonton Tr NE 403-241-4580). They were FABULOUS with service and you couldn't beat the price or the timing!
