I saw my neighbor shoveling his snow into the street again. So I politely told him that this was against the law. Cars were already finding the street near-impassable (we pushed multiple vehicles out of drifts yesterday) and he's just adding to the problem.

He asked where he was supposed to shovel his snow. I pointed to the wide ledge next to his sidewalk. He poo-pooed this idea and continued on his merry way.
"Keep it up and I'll call the city."
"You do what you have to do."
Figures. He's not just a prick, he's a cheerfully in-your-face prick.

So to anyone visiting Pepperland while there's an excess of snow on the ground, park on my side of the street.

Third. One should not condone bad behaviour.

Just remember the bumper sticker on his truck, the cat stuff and Bruce's car last year...I say you make the call, then post the info so we can all call as well ;)

Yup. I'd call the city.

Next time he's a prick, just call and register a complaint. Don't even bother talking to him.

I'll never forget some of the best advice my Dad ever gave me.

"Don't get in a pissing fight with a skunk."

I love that line. :)
