I have a Pork Roast simmering....with apples, spices and onions... on a very low temp in the Rival Crock Pot. It will be done by morning but we'll keep it on the "warm" until 4:00 pm, to be served with steamed dilled carrots and rice pilaf at 5:00. I LOVE having a slow-cooker. It helps me avoid fast food cheats. ;)
