On the Definition of "Available"

I've discovered that Guitar Hero for Wii is available in much the same way that Fabergé eggs are available.

My quest to play (guitar) with myself has been temporarily thwarted.

Why can't you get it? We have many places here that sell it

I walked over to the mall by my house (which has a Future Shop and a Best Buy) and they were both sold out. At both stores the sales guys told me it comes in randomly and sells out near instantaneously. There's also an EB Games, but the mall closed before I could check it out.

Being on foot, I wasn't going to go farther afield then that.

There were plenty of copies for the other platforms, just not the Wii.

It is also helps us that Nintendo is here in Seattle. I think we can even get it at Target
