The Good Life

jamesqI haven't been writing much recently. This is due to too much to write rather then not enough. My mental wheels are spinning and I find I can't concentrate enough on any one item to actually finish a post. Lots of juicy posts to come though, not crunchy toast one.
However, on the crunchy toast front, I did have an excellent evening with the always delightful![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
conejita_diabla. On very short notice we decided to go to Banff for dinner (at Coyotes) and a soak (the hot springs of course). Didn't even have time to grab any sweets. It was tasty (I had possibly the best slice of pecan pie ever - seriously, savoring this pie was a nearly transcendent/erotic moment) and relaxing (we were in the springs for about 90 minutes, and would have stayed much longer, except we hit closing time).
I think more semi-regular weeknight trips to Banff are in order.
