I'm on flex time so it's really not an issue. My goals for showing up at work at certain hours are (barring scheduled meetings) all internal.

You do realize that I have done extensive research into this field of study over my many moons on this earth... I could have saved you the trouble of running your own experiment and just given you the results...

Then again, it's always more fun to do it yourself...
