Renting, Selling, Giving Away

First off, now that the minor renovations and shifting of the roommates has occured, I have a spare room to rent. It's the small upstairs bedroom and it's $300/month. It has a large East-facing window for sunlight, hardwood floors and utilities (including wireless Internet) are included. The house has two cats already, and I'm really not interested in that number going up, but be advised that they are present.
COMPUTERS AND RELATED ITEMS
I'm selling two used computers.The first is an x64-based desktop PC. It's about four years old, but it's certainly good enough for playing WoW on (numerous former roommates confirm this). It's only problem is the USB outlet on the front is broken.
The second is a Mini desktop PC (Acer Aspire Revo AR1600-U910H) combined with a 15" flat panel display. I can throw in a portable USB DVDRW.
A 14" flat panel display (VGA only, pictured above with the Sempron).
I also have a wall month for a 15" CRT if anyone would like it.
CAMPING GEAR
This rather large tent has served me well for a few years, and now it can be yours. It's ridiculously sturdy and has stood up to numerous wrath-of-god prairie thunderstorms without so much as tear, scuff or drop of moisture getting through. I'm only selling it because I replaced it with my Soulpad.
A small, "three" man tent that I used when I started camping at SCA events. It's grey, fairly low to the ground and needs some mending. Free to a good home. I've also inherited a few one-man tents that would be good for people more wee than I am, or for storing your gear in. Also free to a good home.
I've got a regular-sized camping cot, two sleeping bags (they claim to be good to -10, but I wouldn't use either below zero) and some camp chairs.
MISCELLANEOUS

Finally, I have over 50 hard drive magnets to give away.
