There's One in Every Neighborhood.
Dec. 6th, 2009 12:50 pmI saw my neighbor shoveling his snow into the street again. So I politely told him that this was against the law. Cars were already finding the street near-impassable (we pushed multiple vehicles out of drifts yesterday) and he's just adding to the problem.
He asked where he was supposed to shovel his snow. I pointed to the wide ledge next to his sidewalk. He poo-pooed this idea and continued on his merry way.
So to anyone visiting Pepperland while there's an excess of snow on the ground, park on my side of the street.

"Keep it up and I'll call the city."Figures. He's not just a prick, he's a cheerfully in-your-face prick.
"You do what you have to do."
