Solo Adventures on a Beautiful Autumn Day
Oct. 9th, 2009 04:01 pmIt seems that the people I know in Vancouver are either busy, incommunicado or simply out of town. That would normally depress me.
But you know what? It's a perfect fall day here in Vancouver. The sun is shiny, the leaves are falling. It's warm enough that the pretty girls are still wearing flattering clothes. I'm sitting in Calhoun's enjoying the ambiance.
I might not see anyone, but that just means I'm taking a "me" day. No worrying about work, or my archery scores, or assorted SCA projects, or the drama in the lives of my friends.
I am not lonely, I'm just alone.
Next up, window shopping and eventually the Clubhouse.
