Pat Benatar in Concert in Vancouver in August (indeed!)

I don't know if I'm going to Vancouver sooner then this, but I will be going on the weekend of August 16-17.

Pat Benatar is coming to town (sort of, she's playing in Coquitlam on Saturday and Richmond on Sunday) and I've never seen her in concert. The only real problem is it's expensive - like on the order of $250/ticket. I have no idea if this is typical for 80's rock legends - the last concert I went to was at Ten Foot Henry's (I saw Ohama, The Rip Chords and Mode D'Emploi).

Oh well, it's not like I'm going to be leaving that cash to my children.

Anyway, i'll probably fly out so it's going to be an expensive weekend all around. Hmm. Maybe I'll burn some air miles.

I don't really expect anyone to join me in this little adventure, but you're all invited to try and I'd certainly welcome the company.

For you SCAdians out there, this means I'll be missing Avacal August Investiture.
