Ghost Rider
Feb. 20th, 2007 10:14 pmGhost Rider was fun. Cheesy cheesy fun. Stinky cheese - like a stilton, or perhaps a bleu. A really buggy cheese that kicks you right in the glands at the back of your mouth, but you come back for again and again.
Nicholas Cage went far far past anyone's expectations of him. Let's just say there's acting. Beyond that is overacting. Beyond that is overacting on a scale appropriate for a movie about a guy who rides around on a motorcycle, bursting into flames and attacking evil spirits. Now imagine Nicholas Cage in that sort of movie. Even by those standards, he chewed the scenery! It was a wonder to behold.
Sam Elliot took a couple of big bites out of the scenery too!
We were running late going into the theatre so I skipped my usual popcorn.
whackychick, those two assholes a row behind you who kept talking and laughing at inappropriate times throughout the movie? That was
thebrucie and I (
nosarious was there too, but he keeps his mouth shut).

Bruce: "Aren't you getting any popcorn?"
Me: "I'll have popcorn when I'm in Vancouver."
