Miscellany

I haven't made any entries for two weeks, so here is a brief synopsis of my life:

Wrote the biggest check of my life when I put 5% down on my condo.

I saw The Sum of All Fears - it was pretty good right up until the last ten minutes, when the bulb in the projector burned out. It probably continued to be good, but how would I know?

I also saw The Cat's Meow (garething reviewed it - I have nothing to add other than I liked it more than he did).

Jogged east rather than west one morning and got thoroughly depressed when I tried to count all the homeless people and lost count after twenty-three. So much for jogging past the drop-in center.

My company had another computer auction, at which I bought too much crap. Computer anyone? I now have four too many.

Helped wackynephews and wendy_licious move to Airdrie, which probably mean the game is postponed until 2007.

I'm looking forward to my trip to Vancouver - just 4 more days!
