May. 13th, 2002 01:00 amMy official time for the race was 70:58 - as I spent at least a minute waiting around for a fire engine to go by, I figure I could have finally posted a time under 70 minutes. Damn those pesky firemen, why do they have to go put out fires anyway?
The later part of Mother's Day could have been better - i.e. I could have not gotten into a shouting match with my father when he decided to have a temper tantrum. Ah, the never-ending excitement that is my family.
