I used to think that there was a line in at the hundredth meridian that mention my name - not in a good way.

I though it said "Keri-Anne, the muddy old scow"

took me a long time to learn it was "carrying a muddy old skull."

See and I thought it was "Carrying some mighty old Skoal" I thought maybe they were into chewin' tabacky.

And, for the record, Tragically Hip lyrics very rarely make sense. They're more imagistic then literal.
