Meme First!

I think I'm the first among the local group to try this meme. Give it a shot.

Post a list of 10(ish) books/movies/TV shows that you've had a fannish love of at some time in your life.
-- Have your friends guess your favorite character from each one.
-- You can cross out the show/movie/book and put the character when someone guesses.

1) The Hilarious House of Frightenstein (Bwana Clyde Batty, guessed by [livejournal.com profile] evilscientist)
2) ElfQuest (Skywise, guessed by [livejournal.com profile] bungle_lord)
3) Titanic (1997) (Rose, guessed by [livejournal.com profile] evilscientist)
4) Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Xander, guessed by [livejournal.com profile] bungle_lord)
5) Angel (Wesley, guessed by nobody)

Note, it said favourite character, not necessarily the character you most identify with.

2) I am thinking of Two-Edge, the clever Troll-Elf hybrid.
Or maybe Rain, for the laying on of hands.
Or maybe Petalwing, for its preservation of the old!

4) Xander, for surviving without special powers.
Besides, he often got the girl, the only problem was that the
girl was rarely human.

5) Fred, the smartest lady around.

8) Book, since we will never know what his background was.
I agree with Stephtopia about Kaylee, though.

9) Jake. Though I suppose an argument could be made for
the alien guy.

10) The caterpillar, because we know you are a leg man!

BTW: Wasn't the professor on Gilligan's Island?

One last kick at the can...

1) Bwana Clyde Batty

Darn, I was going to say Wesley because he has the same name as the hero in the Princess Bride. (My other choice was Doyle, but he didn't last long enough.)

2) Skywise. He had honour and loyalty.

9) Although everyone loves Lady Sally, I think you would like to be friends with Maureen.
